Greenshine Farmers

We are a small family farm located on ten acres in the beautiful mountains of Marshall, NC.  We specialize in growing high-quality salad greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers for market.   After traveling and working on various farms around the country, we started a small urban farm of our own in Chicago, Illinois.  This same year we would also have our first child, Odin.  In 2017, we moved to the western region of North Carolina for it’s abundant wilderness, friendly nature, and healthy craft beer scene.  For us, farming and homesteading is a way of life.  We strive each day to work hard, live sustainably, and enjoy the journey along the way.
